Others: Some of the hosting company limits this. After certain amount of data is transferred (especially peak months), you'll be charged or worse your page will no longer be viewable.
Ours: You can put your mind to rest where you can be sure that we will not disable your account nor charge you extra no matter how much bandwidth it's utilized.
Domain / Sub-domain Hosting: Unlimited
Do you know that with a hosting package, you can host different no. of websites? E.g. with Basic Package, you can host your business website, personal websites as well as your family websites. Within a domain you can create a sub domain e.g. with mybrand.com domain, you can host category.mybrand.com or mypet.mybrand.com
Others: Usually the hosting company limits this in order to restrict you from hosting multiple websites. As such, you need to get multiple hosting plans to host different websites.
Ours: You can host as many domains and sub-domains as you like. There are no limits. Share with your family & friends or your bloggers friends and host everything in one affordable package.
DNS Privacy
DNS stands for Domain Name Servers. Based on the whois lookup, you can determine where the website is hosted in based on the name servers provided.
Others: Most of the hosting company use their own domain to be the name servers; revealing your website details.
Ours: We use generic name servers so that your details is saved from your visitors.
Network & Power uptime
The availability of your website (uptime). As any hardware or even power grid, it can fail. These failures can happen anytime which is unforeseen.
Others: Most hosting service shows you a 99% uptime but without any guarantee.
Ours: 100% uptime. We are hosting on high availability servers which means it has a fully redundant network where if a server fails, another server will take over instantly; totally transparent to your visitors.
Ours: We guarantee that for any hour your website is down, we'll credit one day of service for you.
Mailbox Size: Customizable
Mailbox size is the size of the mailbox that comes with your hosting package. Usually it comes with a fixed size.
Others: They offer one fixed size mailbox for all the accounts, e.g. 20MB per mailbox.
Ours: You can customize your mailbox to any size you like. By default we allocate 100MB per mailbox.
Email Forwarding: Unlimited
It's used to assign email addresses to certain mailboxes e.g. gmail or hotmail account.
Others: There are limits to the number of email forwarding you can assign.
Ours: You have 10 or 1000 email addresses? No worries, even without a mailbox you can forward all your emails to free mailbox like gmail or hotmail.
Disk Space: 2GB / 2,000MB (Basic) or 10GB / 10,000MB (Advance)
This is the size of your files that can be hosted. Usually to host a webpage, you'll just need about 10MB.
Others: For ~SGD$4/month they don't even offer any good hosting package.
Ours: You can host up to 10,000MB of files or 10,000MB of emails. Did we mention you can host as many websites as you like? With only 2,000MB, you can easily host 200 websites!!

Others: Usually they offer only 1 account for each hosting package you take. The FTP account name is not customizable and you can't control which folder the FTP account can access.
Ours: You can have a customized login name (with standard prefix) for your FTP account. With this you can share with your friends as each FTP accounts can be customized to access different / unique folders.
Free Domain for life: 2x (Advance)
Ours: If you sign up for Advance hosting package, we'll give you 1 free domain hosting if you take up the 12months payment period.
However if you opt for 24months payment period, you'll get not 1 but 2 free domain.
So long as you are hosting with us, we will provide the domains free for life. Free to choose any domain you like. The free domain provided is only .com domains.
