Basically ConceptSurf does all the settings and configurations for you. Just let us know how you want your website to show and how emails are sent and we will do the rest for you. Thereafter, all you need to do is to upload the files to the pre-configured destination folder.

Before signing up, customers are advice to check with us on any queries or doubts they have. As this is a new type of hosting, where customers just need to upload their files, settings and configurations can only be done at our end. Once you are sure what you need and want is in place, then feel free to sign up for the service.
Upon signing up, what will I be given?
You will only be given an upload account (an admin ID & admin password) and this is all you ever need.
Can I change my ID?
Yes, just drop us an email and ConceptSurf will be glad to change it for you.
Do you do domain registration?
ConceptSurf can help you to register your .com, .net., .info or .org domains for only SGD$15 per year using our preferred registrar. Check out our Advance Package where you can get free domain names.
Who will own the domain since you registered on behalf for me?
As ConceptSurf will be helping you to configure all the settings, ConceptSurf will own the domain on behalf. Any changes to the details (e.g. contacts, name servers), just fill up the form in "Contact Us" and ConceptSurf will be glad to update for you.
Can I change/transfer the registrar?
Yes, you can. However, within 30 days from the time of registration and 30 days before the domain expires, no changes will be allowed. This is the standard set by the governing bodies.
If I register the domain name wrongly, can I change it? Or ask for refund?
Once the domain name is registered, neither changes nor refund can be done.
Does the domain registration come with free hosting?
Yes. If you register your domain with us, ConceptSurf will give you a free 30 (thirty) days trial on our web hosting (Basic Package).
Do you accept credit cards for payments?
Yes, ConceptSurf accept credit card payments only via PayPal. This is the most secured online payment method. Since ConceptSurf is using PayPal for credit card payment, ConceptSurf will not have any of your credit card details. All your credit card details will be handled by PayPal.
What other payment options are available?
You can pay by Interbank Funds Transfer (Singapore local banks only) or Cheque.
Can I request for custom plans?
Yes, you can. Just email us what you need and ConceptSurf will be glad to provide you with a quote.
How do you guarantee that my website is 100% up?
Firstly, ConceptSurf are hosting on high availability servers which means that it has a fully redundant network where if a server fails, another server will take over instantly; totally transparent to your visitors. So you can have a peace of mind that your website will always be up. Secondly, should both the servers are down, for any hour that is down, ConceptSurf will compensate 1 (one) day of service for you for every 1 (one) hour of unavailability. Do you allow Adults sites?

Do you have web statistics?
Yes. ConceptSurf can generate the web statistics for you as and when you required it.
What is your default page that I need to create? So that when user clicks on my domain name (URL), this is the first page that will be shown.
The default page must always be named index.html or index.php.
I have registered my domain somewhere else, can I still register ConceptSurf's hosting?
Yes. All you need is to change the name servers (DNS). If you are unsure how, just drop us an email.
How long does it take to shift my existing hosting to ConceptSurf?
By updating the name servers (DNS) to point to our servers, it'll usually take about 24hours. If you need more details, please feel free to contact us.
Why does the website still showing the old site even after I have updated with a new one?
For any updates, it will usually take less than 5 minutes for the site to be updated. Because internet is such a big platform, sometimes it can take up to an hour to propagate the sites.
Do you provide Windows hosting to run ASP / ASPX?
No. Currently ConceptSurf only supports Linux hosting.
What version of Perl comes installed on your servers?

What version of PHP comes installed on your servers?
PHP 5.x.x.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan anytime by paying the difference (pro-rated). However for downgrading, it can only be done on the anniversary date. Please refer to Terms of Service for details.
Will I be charged for upgrading/downgrading my plans?
There is no change for upgrading. However for downgrading, currently Customer will be charged a onetime fee of SGD$20. Please refer to Terms of Service for details.
